Hi my name is Destiny I am 10 years old I'm turning 11 soon and I'm a year 6. I love being in kauri because Mr Honby is the best teacher in the school. In kauri we learnt how to say colours in te reo moari.

I love doing Waiata of the Week and this week's waiata is "Holding out for a hero" by Bonnie Tyler and today we watched a performance of it and it was made in 1985! That's older than Miss Gaskin!
